Our Telephone Banking Center is the pefect way to get all of the banking information you need. You can either speak directly with a banking consultant during our Telephone Banking Center hours (8am - 6pm Monday thru Thursday, 8am - 7pm on Friday, and 8am - 12pm on Saturday) or use our Express-24 automated system that's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How to Make a Call: Please be sure to have your account number(s) and your PIN (personal identification number) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number or the tax ID number of the name that appears first on your account. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new four digit number that only you know. STEP 1 - Call 492-2222 from any touch-tone phone. STEP 2 - After the greeting, follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be given a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access the selections from the Opening Menu, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone. There are several "action keys" on your telephone keypad that can be pushed any time. Eight will return you to the previous menu. Nine will repeat the menu you are in. Zero will transfer you to Customer Service during Telephone Banking Center Hours.
